The Role:
You will be managing a comprehensive caseload, including intricate New Build and Shared Ownership files. It will be your responsibility to run these files from opening to completion ensuring all files are compliant with SLAs. In this pivotal role, your proficiency in client care will shine, as delivering exceptional service is paramount and is held in high regard within the company. Away with the paper, you will be using an industry leading CMS allowing you to be well organised and work effectively.
 
What is expected from you:
- Minimum of 3 years conveyancing experience handling a full caseload.
- New build and Shred Ownership experience is vital.
- Self motivating but must be able to work well within a team.
- Support junior fee earners and paralegals when required.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
