ABOUT THE ROLE
You would be responsible for estimating costs, preparing budgets, managing contracts, monitoring progress, and providing reports on fire protection projects. You’d also provide technical advice to clients and train staff on fire protection matters. You would be an important part in the company by ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet the needs of the client.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary between £45,000 and £60,000 based on experience. You’ll have bank holidays off and can be enrolled in a company pension. REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will need proven 5 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and to be degree qualified is preferred. A background in firestopping will be preferred but is not essential. You must be a highly motivated individual and be a strong team player. Most of importantly you will need to be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and be keen to progress your career
