We’re recruiting on behalf of a market leading, financial services business.

What you’ll be doing:

As Finance Change Manager, the primary focus of this role will be optimising the execution of change projects across the Group Finance Function.

You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of each project within the Group Finance portfolio, managing expectations and achieving tangible outcomes. This involves assembling and leading project teams and making sure they possess the necessary skills and resources to manage the change agenda effectively.

What we need you to bring to the business:

Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Demonstrable experience of having led projects, programmes, or portfolios ideally in a Group Finance context
Current or previous financial services/insurance industry experience
Experience of detailed project planning and management, across people, process and multiple systems
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Highly results driven, with the energy and the determination to succeed
