My client is a market leader in the Commercial fit-out sector and with continued success are recruiting for a Fit-Out Site Manager to help Complete Multiple Projects from Coventry, Bristol and London.
About the role…
• Coordinating multi-trades delivering internal fit-out
• Managing Subcontractors on-site
• Monitoring Health & Safety
• Writing and reviewing RAMS
• Ordering materials and labour
• Liaising with Client and Subcontractors
• Site inductions and safety inspections
Candidates will possess:
• SMSTS Certificate
• First Aid at Work (3 Day Course)
• CSCS Card
• Ability to write and review RAMS
• Strong IT skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering Commercial Fit-Out/Refurbishments
• Excellent communication skills
