Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the strategic direction and goals of IMC Krems
- Developing internal processes, organizations, and workflows
- Overseeing infrastructure (including security management and energy control)
- Coordinating IT strategy, implementation, data services, and aligning them with educational requirements and digitalization strategy
- Managing environmental sustainability and reporting (mandatory reports) as well as leading the Environmental Sustainability Board
- Operational management of the Research and Innovation Services department and handling operational aspects of research management
- Risk and crisis management
- Implementing national projects for university management
- The position is established as a proxy
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in economics (at least at the master's level)
- 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Outstanding English and German language skills (written and verbal)

IMC Krems does not fall under a collective agreement. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary starting from €90,000 based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). Depending on professional qualifications and experience, willingness to pay above this amount is possible.
