The Role:
 
As a Chef Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of residents through culinary excellence and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and standards.
Recruiting, training, and supporting your team to ensure they provide efficient, high-quality service to residents.
Maintaining open communication channels with both your team and residents to foster a warm and inclusive environment.
Managing food stocks, budgeting, and controlling costs while ensuring the highest standards of food presentation and quality.
Creating a culture of culinary excellence and cost control to drive financial growth and sustainability.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and legal regulations to uphold our commitment to the wellbeing of our residents and team members. About You:
 
They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and inspirational leader who is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will:
Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and empower your team.
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Hold relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds 7061 or NVQ Level 2 in Catering for the Hospitality Industry.
Ideally have over 4 years' experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role. In Return:
