The school are looking for a special educational needs teaching Assistant / SEND TA who is confident, enthusiastic and highly caring.

The setting is centred on pupil’s development, building a relationship with the pupil, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social, and behavioural skills.

The successful special educational needs teaching Assistant will bring a new dimension and skill set to what can be achieved in this role, with potential to become a permanent placement for the right special educational Teaching assistant / SEND TA.

The right special educational needs teaching Assistant / SEND TA will have:

Experience working with children with special educational needs / disabilities.
Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent.
A caring and supportive personality.
A growth and flexible mindset.
