Operations Manager
What an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a Dorset-based Engineering and Manufacturing business who are experiencing growth.
Operations Manager is a new position within this business and would suit a driven individual who knows how to scale up, take control, and oversee key activities including Manufacturing and Customer relationship teams.
Key responsibilities as Operations Manager:
Take responsibility for developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
You will deliver leadership and direction to the business, nurturing a work environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and quality.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will optimise resources to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity, and expansion.
Evaluate and mitigate risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
Understand and develop Customer teams to ensure the highest level of service and quality possible.
Experience as Operations Manager:
Experience in a similar leadership role in an Engineering and Manufacturing environment
Demonstrable experience in driving operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Track record of successfully managing results in a fast-paced environment
A strong leader, with the ability to inspire, influence and lead by example.
An excellent communicator, and a great people person who understands the importance of building relationships both internally and with clients.
