Sales Engineer - Bury St Edmunds
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a background in refrigeration and air conditioning, to be based from our Bury St Edmunds office to cover work across East Anglia.
Pitkin & Ruddock Ltd provide complete temperature control solutions, services and maintenance to all our customers in the East Anglia region and across the UK. Established in 1954 and we pride ourselves in helping businesses large and small.
The Technical Sales & Project Engineer will be responsible for working with our branch management team with planning, development and managing the next stage of our company development strategy, to generate, build and expand our customer base in the Bury St Edmunds area.
Other Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:

Actively involved in the process of new and existing business development to maximise sales for both installation of new products, services and maintenance agreements.

Establish, build and manage customer relationships including system design and selection of appropriate equipment suitable for their needs.

Fully manage the engineering and organisation for jobs and projects from enquiry to completion.

Liaise with engineers, sub-contractors and colleagues to ensure projects are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

Ensure quality assurance, profitability and customer satisfaction through ongoing monitoring and final inspection of projects and jobs and provide feedback.
