Customer Service Advisor

SF are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic client in the heart of Derby City Centre!
This position will be on a temporary basis for at least 3 months to support them at their busiest time , with the possibility for extension.
They are a leading company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
They are now looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and team members.
Accurately record and update customer information in their systems.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall service quality.
Stay informed about their products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
