Our client, a leading customer service company, is seeking 3 motivated individuals to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service on phone and email
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate with team members to resolve queries
Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account
Telephone calls to determine why payments remain outstanding
Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential)
Must be confident using the telephoneRequirements:
* Previous customer service experience within a telephone based role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* A positive and customer-focused attitude
Working Hours:
* Full-time, 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
Contract Type:
* Temp to perm
Hourly Rate:
* £12 per hour
