The Position
Applications are invited for a Weighbridge Operative based at our Doncaster Site. This is a full-time permanent position working 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights).
As a Weighbridge Operative, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company’s requirements, but will include:
Weighing and recording all vehicles on and off site.
Keeping accurate records and completing relevant paperwork.
Communicating with all departments on site.
Covering for sickness & holidays.
Working Bank holidays including Christmas & New Year.
Dealing with visitors outside receptions normal operating hours.
Log in contractors and visitors in line with the Company Procedures.
Any other reasonable duties as required by the Management Team.
Requirements
Must be able to prioritise the workload.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
Have a good telephone manner.
Be flexible with working hours.
Be able to work in a small team, and also on your own
