Role: Commercial Finance Manager
Location: Watford - hybrid
Salary: £50K-£60K all depending on experience, plus bonus & benefits
If you are a Commercial Finance Manager my client has a superb opportunity to help their £250m t/o business grow further, you will be a huge part of the business as positive change is happening due to my clients’ aspirations.
The Role: Managing a small team in the preparation and distribution of monthly accounts for the companies in the Group for internal and external use; inancial planning and analysis and Business Partnering with key stakeholders for budgets and forecasts.
The Ideal Candidate: Positive and a detailed professional, my client is looking for someone who can add real value to the business and support the Head of Finance. You will need to bring:
Experience from a growing SME business.

Experienced Management Accountant
Excellent communication skills for business partnering with experience of budgets and forecasting
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Ability to motivate teams
Ideally knowledge of Sage 200 and Microsoft Dynamics
Proven track record of effective leadership and development and a managing a team
