Case Worker

This amazing Case Worker role is the perfect role that will provide a flexible, high quality service, whilst you work as part of an integrated 'Conwy Employment Hub' Approach. 

Duties:

Engage with individuals in conversations to gather information about their needs ensuring that all relevant support is accessed and available to the individual.
Support individuals to address broad barriers to work by providing information, advice and guidance regarding the support available; access to training and education.
To be responsible for establishing good working relationships both internally and externally.

Experience:

Experience of working for an externally funded project.
Knowledge of related services provided by the statutory, voluntary and private sector.
Comprehensive IT skills and ability to maintain electronic records, with attention to detail.
