Leading a small team but dedicated team, you will be delivering some of the nations favourite pub classics in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You will be responsible for:
Delivering brand standards across a set menu
Training and developing your team
Reviewing and meeting budgets in terms of GP and labour costs
Monitoring all practices to ensure exceptional health and safety at all times
Inspiring and motivating junior members of the teamThe Who:

The ideal candidate will be:
Familiar with branded environments
Able to operate efficiently in spec kitchens
Have a passion for developing the kitchen team
