Process Lead - Food Production
£30,500 per annum

Gateshead, Team Valley
Temp to perm work (12 week probation period)
Days 6am-2pm/ Backs 2pm-10pm or Perm Nights 10pm-6am (Mon-Fri)
Induction date: Thursday 13th/Friday 14th June
The induction process will include a group interview, walk around the factory and one2one interview.
On behalf of our client in the food production industry we’re recruiting a Process Lead to:
- Manage health and safety within their area of responsibility
- Ensure staff are compliant with all requirements
- Drive improvements using project management tools to plan, organise and manage resources, monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills.
