Job Purpose

You will ensure the smooth operation of our production process in accordance with due-time, cost and quality for our Coatings business in Deeside. You will also take responsibility for full compliance with health, safety and environment requirements.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed at all times.

* Carry out shift start-up/shut down procedure checks.

* Be pro-active in identifying & dealing with potential “road-blocks” which would slow down production.

* Ensure workloads are managed safely & efficiently to meet production demands.

* Report breakdowns & production failures.

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure good communication and customer requirements are met.

* Work safely & comply with legal & company regulations.

Job Requirements

* Good GCSE passes including Maths & English.

* FLT Licence.

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

* Comfortable working with machinery within Production areas.

* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
