My client is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive.
 
You will have the opportunity to drive sales in Air, Ocean, Road, and Express Parcels globally, leveraging your exceptional freight selling experience.
 
You will be part of our experienced Sales team where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and contributing to the company's continued success.

Unleash your expertise: Utilize existing relationships and forge new connections to develop a successful portfolio and pipeline, supported by a highly motivated team and a comprehensive range of services and products.
Take the lead: With guidance and some provided leads, you'll be empowered to source and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating initiative and tenacity in driving sales growth.
Hybrid position: This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement, ensuring flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in the office when necessary, propelling the business to the next level, supported by a competitive salary and enticing benefits. Preferred Requirements:
Prior experience in Freight Forwarding, with knowledge of other modes such as Express being advantageous
Proven ability to source new business and build instant rapport with potential clients
Excellent communication and IT skills, combined with a target-driven and team-player mentality
Aptitude for creating and nurturing valuable customer relationships and a proactive approach to driving sales
Willingness to attend the office as needed, showcasing dedication to both individual and team success Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in freight selling and business development roles
Understanding of the transportation & logistics industry, with a focus on customer service excellence
Relevant certifications or qualifications enhancing your expertise in the field Benefits
