Interim Building Surveyor

My Client based in Bristol is currently looking for an Interim Building Surveyor

Your responsibilities:

Largely focused on responsive repairs, damp and mould and diagnostics
Highlight issues for the contractors and recommend the remedial measures
A background on the tools is desirable but not essential
This roles does not include schedule of works or managing contractorsWhat they offer:

Site based work with limited office presence
Rate DOE - Outside IR35
Flexible working
