Bennett & Game is currently seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our client's dynamic team based in London. As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in developing unique artwork designs for a variety of high-profile clients, including corporate and private sectors, as well as top architects and designers. You will play a key role in concept development, producing artwork in a range of styles, creating mock-ups, and presentation layouts.

Creative Designer Position Overview

Generate innovative ideas and concepts for artwork designs that align with client briefs, brand identities, and project objectives
Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and feedback, and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all project deliverables, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as necessary
Understand print production processes and requirements to ensure artwork designs are production-ready and optimized for printing
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging design innovations to remain competitive and relevant in the field
Ensure that artwork designs reflect and reinforce client brand identities, values, and messaging, maintaining brand consistency and integrity
Cultivate positive client relationships by delivering exceptional design solutions, demonstrating professionalism, and exceeding client expectations

Creative Designer Position Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software
Experience with print production processes and prepress preparation
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and take constructive feedback
Coming from an illustration or graphic design background is preferred, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in both disciplines
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence

Creative Designer Position Remuneration

£45,000 - £48,000 salary (D.O.E.)
Pension Scheme - 5% employer contribution
20 days annual leave, increases to 25 after 5 years + bank holidays + Christmas closure
Eyecare - contributions towards glasses and eye tests
Gym contributions - 50% contribution to a maximum of £40 per person per month
