We are currently recruiting for a Double Glazing and Conservatory Surveyor/Installer to join our client based on the outskirts of Swindon.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct accurate measurements and site surveys to ensure successful installations
* Work with the sales team to provide technical support and advice to customers
* Manage and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
* Carry out installations of double glazing and conservatories when needed to support fitting teams
* Conduct any necessary remedial works on completed installations
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
* Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in surveying and installing double glazing and conservatories
* Relevant qualifications and certification
* Full UK clean driving licence
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* High level of professionalism and integrity
