jacando is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. In this role you'll work on our web applications and user interfaces using modern technologies such as React. You'll help build scalable front-end systems, improve user experience, and mentor other engineers in your team.

Frontend Software Engineer (f/m/d)
Full Time / Part Time / Remote Responsibilities

  • Contribute directly to our UI component library
  • Design and implement user friendly and well-designed web interfaces
  • Develop scalable and maintainable frontend architectures with emerging frontend technologies
  • Ensure visual consistency with our brand between different applications
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and design trends
  • Mentor and guide team members in frontend development and UI/UX best practices
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications and interfaces
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and efficient documentation
  • Expert proficiency in HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript with an in-depth understanding of modern frameworks and libraries, particularly React
  • Strong knowledge of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with version control systems (specifically Git) and agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Embracing clean code and prioritizing comprehensive documentation
