The ideal candidate will be an early-stage career scientist with a passion for novel innovative approaches to contribute to the company's understanding of RNA modifications in cancer and other diseases.

The key responsibilities will be:

Implementing or developing novel methods to analyse RNA and its modifications by sequencing and other approaches.
Profiling gene expression biology through a variety of techniques e.g.ChIP-seq, CLIP-seq, Ribosome profiling.
Enabling the automation of NGS library preparations.
Learn or develop computational analyses of NGS data.
Present results in project team meetings, review literature for novel “omics” approaches and contribute to implementation of novel methods into project work.
