Position Description:
This is an opportunity for a Scrum Master Coach Senior Specialist to coach a number of teams focused on business transformation activities in the application of the agile values and principles. The teams operate within a wider programme so will need get the teams to work with other teams (tool development) and support the at scale organisation to efficiently deliver the commitments. Impediments will need to be created, and relentlessly chased to closure to ensure this.
Skills Required:
Organisational skills focused on building a team and individual people with unique skill sets.
Ability to communicate allowing multiple layers of stakeholders to understand, especially important when it comes to impediment creation and tracking.
Data driven approach to measuring the efficiency of the team’s ability to deliver on their commitments.
Experience Required:
Prior experience of implementing Scrum for multiple teams within an agile at scale environment.
Ideally, experience of teams that focused on services rather than product development (the teams in question will be business transformation type teams)
