The plan has to be to get to a point where you're running your own jobs - you may even already be there - but the right amount of support is required to become an expert in your field.
Aesir Recruitment are working with a drylining contractor who are looking to add an Assistant QS to their strong commercial with a view to them moving up the ranks over the next 3-4 years.
They turnover in the region of £70m as a group and have a strong training and development plan in place for new starters to ensure they're well looked after.
You'd be looking at a salafry up to £35k, car package and bonus scheme.
You'd just need to have two things:
2 years experience in surveying
And, ideally, interiors construction knowledge.
