Position Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled and passionate RN IV Infusion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in administering IV therapies, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction. The specialist also assists with the individual customization of health and wellness plans for patients to address underlying issues and achieve optimal wellness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following):
IV Therapy Administration:
Administer intravenous therapies, including hydration, vitamins, minerals, and other specialized treatments
Monitor and assess guests throughout the infusion process to ensure their well-being
Client Assessment:
Conduct thorough Good Faith Exams to determine the most appropriate IV therapy for individual clients (in collaboration with staff Nurse Practitioner/Medical Doctor, as appropriate)
Communicate effectively with clients/guests to gather relevant medical history and address any concerns
Proficiency in completing Good Faith Exams/ health assessments within the practice and/or telehealth modalities
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, and administered therapies
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company protocols to ensure confidentiality of patient information
Quality Control:
Ensure the integrity and sterility of IV equipment and solutions
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Assist the team in keeping spa stocked, clean, and orderly
Client Education:
Educate guests on the benefits of IV hydration and wellness therapies
Provide information on post-treatment care and lifestyle recommendations
Offer wellness plans and membership options to all new guests
Customer Service:
Guest greeting and intake: warm welcome, intake discussion includes determining why the member or guest came into the spa, and their intended health goals
Assist with office administrative duties as needed, including but not limited to guest check in/out, scheduling, etc.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Licensed/Registered Nurse with accredited college degree in Nursing (including maintained continuing education)
Two (2) years nursing in acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar) with extensive IV experience
Capable to exercise manual dexterity, control precision and arm-hand steadiness
Flexibility to handle various/multiple IV Therapies
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.) 
Attention to detail, the ability to organize and prioritize, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Competence to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced, spa service environment and adapt to needs of the workplace
Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain procedures, answer client questions and coordinate care
Ability to express compassion and understanding towards clients, creating a comfortable and positive experience
Aptitude to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
High comfort level with relationship building/sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google (docs, etc)

The noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee may be exposed to hazards such as radiation, bodily fluids that may contain disease, and fumes from laboratory chemicals.
Benefits
Hourly pay: $30-$40/hr, based on experience, plus Performance Incentive Plan
