Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative and property management services? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Service Director. As the Service Director at Estatewise Management Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, organization, and delivery of administrative and property management services to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

-      Responsible for planning and organizing the operation of administrative and property management services to ensure high efficiency and good service quality.

-      Directly lead and guide staff, including management in finance, human resources, procurement, security, and other areas.

-      Manage and supervise budgets to ensure the effective use of contracts, equipment, and supplies, as well as oversee expense spending and cost control.

-      Prepare reports and briefs, reporting on the status of administrative and property management services to management and decision-makers, and proposing suggestions and improvement measures.

-      Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing teams to ensure the effective operation of the team and the professional development of employees.

Requirements:

-      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field

-      2+ Years Experience role within administrative or property management services.

-      Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex situations and implement strategic solutions.

-      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

Description(Service Director)：

Hourly Wage: $49/hour

Terms: Full time and Indeterminate

Working hours: 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Location: 1 Bridge Street East, Suite 405, Belleville, ON K8N 5N9 Canada
