Senior Project Manager-Architecture

Kenton Black Middle East are partnering our client and international architectural practice, who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for their Dubai practice.

The successful candidate will need to possess a Bachelor of Architecture or a similar industry related degree, must of evolved from an architectural practice background, possess a minimum 10-15 years’ experience working as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, be located within the UAE, or if residing within another international location must not have been residing outside the UAE for any longer than three years from 2024.

You must be working as or previously worked as a Project/Senior Project Manager from master plan stage on mixed-use, hospitality, and high rise projects, this position will have no design input, but will be a leadership and management role from proposal stage, with duties consisting of, working with the design architect, managing client relations, running project meetings, obtaining feedback from client, managing the flow of upstream and downstream critical project information, reviewing and managing project budget, manage client project revisions when required, this position will be a collaborative role, bringing together a project team to ensure successful delivery and reporting directly into the managing director.
