This is a flexible senior position within a boutique HEOR consultancy and the incoming candidate may take on a Senior / Lead / Principal title dependent on experience and skills and the focus will be on managing a range of Health Economics projects covering diverse treatment areas for a client portfolio of pharma, biotech and medtech clients.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Health Economist to take on a leadership position within a privately owned, friendly and collaborative consultancy team which can offer a stable business structure, sensible workloads and exposure to a range of interesting projects.

As the Senior / Lead / Principal Health Economist, you will be responsible for managing modelling and statistical analysis projects, often to support HTA submissions.

Substantial experience of developing, adapting and critiquing cost effectiveness models is essential for this position and previous HTA submission development experience is also vital.

As a key member of the company leadership team, the incoming Lead / Principal must have good project management skills and be comfortable engaging with clients, overseeing the work of colleagues and providing guidance and project support when required. (Familiarity with Excel, R and STATA will be important.

Postgraduate training in Health Economics (or a similar subject) and relevant HEOR / HTA project experience is essential and previous experience within a Consulting environment is preferred but applicants from relevant positions within Academia, Pharmaceutical companies or the public sector are welcomed to apply. Ideally you will have a publication record within Health Economics and have worked on projects covering a range of treatment / disease areas.
