If you are an organised, adaptable and proactive Administrator you could be the perfect fit for my client based in Fareham.

You will need:

Customer service and admin experience
Familiarity in scheduling/planning
Confident telephone manner
Willingness to get stuck in!Your role as an Administrator would include:

Working closely with the transport team
Planning and routing company vehicles
Making phone calls to clients and drivers through the day to discuss collections and deliveries
Planning work days for drivers and sub-contractors
Providing excellent customer support to drivers, subcontractors, customers and businessesThe Administrator role is full-time, permanent and paying up to £30,000 per year depending on experience.

Your week would be 45 hours, Monday to Friday. With rota shift for a Saturday every other month .
