My client is a successful family run, window and door business based in Cardiff south wales.
They have been operating for over 19 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service.
The right candidate will have to have current/recent experience processing Upvc & Aluminium windows and doors on industry specific software such as windows designer & Business Micros.
The role:
Examine surveys to ensure they are ready for checking and processing.
Obtain quotes from suppliers
Use industry-specific software to process orders.
Liaise with customers, clients, and staff regarding their orders.
Demonstrate excellent administrative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Manage and assist in raising purchase orders, reviewing job files for completeness to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time.
Assist with additional administrative duties as required.
Provide excellent customer service.
The candidate:
* Must have current or recent experience in processing orders for windows and doors.
* Experienced in using window design software, such as Window Designer or Business Micros.
* Capable of managing own workload and meeting deadlines.
* Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Able to work well in a team and use own initiative.
* Exhibit excellent attention to detail.
* Must currently reside in the UK.
