Responsibilities:
Identify and close new business opportunities to drive revenue.
Efficiently onboard software engineers to clients and coordinating with the clients to fulfill their staffing needs.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with the clients, coordination with the Business Development Team.
Match client requirements for various tech stacks with appropriate candidates and their availability as per the requirements.
Work closely with Directors and stake holders to meet revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service for high client satisfaction.
Keep current on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
USA citizenship
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of driving immediate revenue in the tech industry
Extensive experience with top staff augmentation firms in the USA
Proficiency in various tech stacks and software engineering practices
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively independently and remotely
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
