- Monitor and report performance of support partners and propose improvements and solutions to incidents
- Run govenance and reporting meetings
- Manage daily escalation with vendors
- Carry out financial tasks in systems
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent by experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (service delivery)
- Knowledge of working with IT Support partners/processes
- Knowledge of MS 365 applications, Power BI and Jira
- Fluent in English
