RMC is hiring a IT Service Desk Specialist in Crane, IN.  The selected applicant will be responsible for:
Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s).
Effective verbal and written communication.
Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment.
Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems.
Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Documenting internal procedures.
Assisting with onboarding of new users.
Requirements
Two (2) years of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience
DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE) is required.
The selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies.
Security Clearance: An active DoD security clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
