We are looking for an Administrator to join the Customer Care team for a major housebuilding company.

Based in Peterborough, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, efficient, administrator. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.

An insight to the role:

· Handle and triage incoming calls, ensuring messages are delivered promptly.
· Perform secretarial duties, including data entry into COINS and managing Excel spreadsheets.
· Schedule appointments and manage diaries and calendars.
· Send correspondence and updates to sub-contractors.
· Monitor and respond to general emails and letters.
· Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and document key tasks.

We are looking for someone who has:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
· Experience with COINS is desirable.

Salary for this role is £26,000 plus company benefits.
