This vacancy for a Customer Success Agent is to assist in co-ordinating the functions and facilities in a cost-effective manner and provide our customers, service and sales personnel with the necessary support to provide an efficient and-profitable after sales service operation.
Customer Success Agent- 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Agent Role:
• Managing the input and monitoring the status of large equipment orders, seeing these through from first arrival to shipment and install.
• Answering calls and emails as first line support for our Service teams; logging and scheduling service calls, managing the scheduling system.
• Carrying out associated administrative functions such as processing invoices and credits, managing parts orders, processing engineer jobs amongst other tasks.
Skills Requirement:
• You will be a well organised individual with a passion for enhancing the customer experience and a desire for customer success who is keen to help others.
• PC experience, Microsoft windows and database entry
