We’re currently on the lookout for a skilled Stores Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing company at their site based in Droylsden.

* Up to £14.11 per hour (d.o.e)
* Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm / Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm
* 25 days holiday

What will you be doing as a Stores Team Leader?
* Overseeing stock control, stock transfers, and shipping of products via air, road, and sea
* Assisting in training warehouse staff and populating the employee skills matrix
* Conducting investigations into stock discrepancies and support CI initiatives
* Performing PI counts and assisting with Epicor-driven counts
* Maintaining "Live Data" transaction systems and analysing relevant data
* Allocating work and monitoring output in the absence of the Stores Supervisor
* Supporting the shipping department as needed, including liaising with Sales Teams and obtaining shipping quotes
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines and maintaining high housekeeping standards
What do you need?
* Previous experience in materials management and stock control
* Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of Epicor is a bonus)
* To be flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and resourceful attitude
