Production Supervisor

£29,900 per annum 

Tarporley

Hours: 46 hours per week / 4 days (Tuesday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

General tasks:

Oversee the tasks of Packers involved in product packaging and supervise the department shift.
Guarantee that production/packaging goals and quality benchmarks are continuously achieved.
Ensure timely and detailed completion of paperwork and data entry according to the reporting structure.
Serve as a leader and mentor for the team.
Help with workforce planning for the department.
Manage breaks and staff rotations within the department.

In Addition

Operate machinery only as trained and authorized.
Inform the Head of Production about any Food Safety issues.
Notify the Site Manager of any Health and Safety concerns on site.
Maintain due diligence on site and treat all staff and visitors with respect.
