Trainee Recruitment Consultant

To facilitate ongoing growth plans, Reperio Human Capital, a specialist IT recruitment consultancy headquartered in Belfast, is actively seeking a recruitment consultant to join their high performing team. This role will best suit someone who possesses confidence, professionalism, financial drive, and who has a strong desire to build a successful career in recruitment.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both your clients and candidates, focusing on the growing technology industry in Ireland.

You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates and building relationships to create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings. You will help guide candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews and ensuring a smooth experience. You will represent these candidates to your clients, schedule interviews and provide them with any relevant feedback.

It's important for you to stay informed about industry trends, so you can provide market insight and manage expectations.

You will also be responsible for generating new business - this involves chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting with new clients. Ensuring a seamless recruitment process and making successful placements for your clients and candidates is your main goal!
