We are supporting recruitment for an an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for your next career move? Join a dynamic and fast-paced construction agency in Birmingham as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is a permanent, office-based position from Monday to Friday.    Working alongside a team of seasoned recruitment professionals.  Salary £35,000 + bonuses, quarterly incentives, car allowance.

Responsibilities:

360 Recruitment Consultancy: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for both clients and candidates

Essential Skills and Experience for the Recruitment Consultant role:

Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in a sales-driven environment
Client and Candidate Liaison: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Recruitment Cycle Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems and thorough understanding of UK recruitment legislation
Eager to drive business growth and develop long term client relationships
