Concrete Finishing Project Manager Job Description

Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and with the ability to multi-task as well as to solve simple problems.
Range of responsibilities will include:
Estimate and bid Concrete Floor Treatment scope of work.
Scopes include: polished, sealed and/or stained concrete; decorative chip/quartz broadcast concrete patching/repair; cementitious coatings; joint filling; epoxy/polyurethane coatings
Build outstanding relationships with general contractors and communicate with them throughout all phases of the project.
Actively follow-up with general contractors and direct clients
Create and frequently update work order forms to properly coordinate field operations.
Preparing and submitting RFI's and Change Order requests.
Maintain project documentations throughout the duration of the project with proper notes and backups.
Submittal of close out documents.
Capable of reading plans, doing simple take-offs, estimating, and monitors costs and project progress.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), OnScreen take-off software or equal
3 years project management experience
Spanish Speaking is a plus
Estimating experience preferred
