Position Summary
 The Assistant Chief Administrative Office – Business Process Analyst provides advanced support to the senior leadership of the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer. The position reports directly to the First Deputy Chief Administrative officer and manages business process related projects as well as develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external agencies and organizations. Extensive familiarity with overseeing and assessing existing processes and workflows while considering interdependencies, procedures, and requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities – What will I be doing?
Optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures and process maps.
Assemble reports to document process status and changes, measuring efficiency gains.
Maintain, update and drive the documentation of policy and procedures throughout the department, keeping them up to date in accordance with requirements.
Track metrics and make suggestions on areas for improvement.
Communicate findings and proposals to upper management.
Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
Work with partners to evaluate compliance and risk assessments.
Provide thought leadership on business process excellence and continuous improvement. Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop, drive, and owns Audit planning and remediation plans in coordination with business and Internal Audit. Address any audit remediation findings and participate in audit exercises to help explain the process and deliver materials.
