Senior Legal Counsel - Spanish speaking

We are partnered with a global industrial science organisation, who are leaders at the forefront of their industry, as they look for a Spanish speaking Senior Legal Counsel to join the team. Based in the West Midlands, you will join an established in-house legal function, supporting on all commercial matters across their Latin American businesses.

The role:

Working closely with their General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in advising the business on a wide variety of matters such as commercial contracts, compliance, data protection and more. Responsibilities may include:

Providing comprehensive legal advice and counsel to the business on a variety of legal matters.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of legal documents, to include contracts, agreements and policies.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
Communicating with senior stakeholders across the business.
Ensure compliance across the business with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Requirements:

Experienced Lawyer with demonstrable experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
Fluent Spanish speaker.
Fantastic communication, negotiation and interpretation skills. A competitive salary is on offer for the right person alongside a generous benefits package.
