A specialist team of commercial law solicitors located in Essex are currently looking for an addition to their Company Commercial team.
**FULL OR PART TIME CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED**
Associate Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 3 years experience in Company Commercial are welcome to apply.
Joining a team of 1 partner, 2 solicitors a Trainee Solicitor and a support team of 2 paralegals and legal secretaries, you will be joining a team that takes great pleasure and pride in delivering a high-quality service to their clients.
The caseload will include:
* Handling a mixed caseload with minimum supervision
* Commercial contracts
* Joint ventures and collaborations
* Distributing and franchising
* Providing clients with high quality legal advice
* Contributing to the firm’s general marketing and participating in the firm’s marketing events
