Position Overview:

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and assistance throughout the sales process. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and assistance throughout the sales process.

* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.

* Prepare quotations, and sales contracts in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams.

* Liaise with internal departments, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

* Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address technical questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in the CRM system.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or technical support roles is desirable.

* Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts and products.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

* Knowledge of instrumentation, measurement, or control systems is a plus.

* Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, or training sessions.
