Competitive and Clear Pay Rates
Monday to Friday day shift : £36.17 per hour
Saturday day shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday day shift : £57.86 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Saturday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Sunday night shift : £57.86 per hour
Bank Holiday : £57.86 per hour

Responsbilities:
⦁ Assess patients' physical and mental condition, regularly evaluating responses to treatment and interventions.
⦁ Continuously monitor patients' vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate to detect any changes or signs of deterioration.
⦁ Proficient in operating and monitoring life-support equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
⦁ Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families, explaining procedures, treatment plans, and answering questions to alleviate anxiety and promote understanding.
⦁ Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, providing immediate interventions to stabilize patients.

Requirements:
⦁ NMC registration and PIN
⦁ Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
⦁ Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
⦁ A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
