The role
as a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure each section is ready for service, run a section on some days and run the pass when the head chef is off. you will also jump onto any section that is sinking in service or not ready for service. this role will include all the normal sous chef duties.

Experience
we are looking for a sous chef from a hotel or rosette background, you will have great knife skills and fantastic presentation skills.
