Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)

We are currently recruiting for a First Response Technician within the Production department at Bridgwater. The Purpose of a First Response Technician is to provide quick response and technical support to production areas/machinery to optimise value creation, working with the Müller values and standards whilst striving to continuously improve.

Responsibilities as a First Response Technician will include but not be limited to the following:
High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills
Constant recognition that the value creation is "level 1" - First line support primary purpose is to support the front line teams
Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to "100 year fix" in real time
Working closely as ONE TEAM with Rapid Response Engineers
Immediate "go, look, see" the issue by visiting the workstation when called upon
Maintenance excellence / Asset care Muller Responsibilities:
Works on active OE projects continuously
Looks for "waste" in everything that we do
Actively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own OE projects
Owns and delivers OE initiatives and is recognised for these
Utilises opportunities to improve the way we do things
Collaboratively works with other team members to improve our business
Can demonstrate OE contribution through PDP process
Aware of how current performance impacts the bottom line
