Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Order taking and processing.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
Support with B2B and Ecommerce.
Update and maintain all Card gains customer accounts for additions, deletions, and amendments..
Provide detailed product information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Organise 1 Trade show per year.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems.
Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
