… work alongside leaders in Business, Sales and Marketing to conceive and prototype compelling visions of patient-centered futures
… collaborate with your teammates in Design to collectively:
Hone our shared POVs on brand voice, healthcare UX and the role of design in healthcare innovation
Evolve our visual language, IxD and IA in service of patient and client needs
Adapt existing mobile experiences to new form factors, including web
Ideate, iterate and polish entirely new interfaces, features and flows
Systematize our design decisions into a robustly scalable design system of UI components that are both:Flexible across our clients’ diverse brands
Accessible, usable and delightful for patients
Compensation Details: $104,000-$130,000/yr base salary + equity options
